Been staying here 5 months now everything is great . I love the tenet only parking and you have to have a visitor pass so ... there’s always parking which is always a plus when you pay rent somewhere lol staff is so nice and helpful I gave maintenance 4 stars because they work is so good but it does take some time for them to come . I lived at these apartments for a year. The staff was friendly and attentive. By far, the nicest apartments in the area, ... never had an incident where I felt unsafe. Definitely a diamond in the rough. Didn't have any bug problems or any problems that weren't addresses quickly. The maintenance guys are good and will take care if whatever is needed. Only issue, which Ive learned is amongst most apartments, is parking. Hardly any parking available. Other than that would've given 5 stars.
